Priskila

“…When I was 18 years old and I was old enough to open my own bank account, my father took me to the bank, he sat with me – he didn’t do it, I did it, I filled out the form, I did everything. It was very magical, not this pampering your daughter, but helping me to be independent – and whenever I wanted to go somewhere, or whenever I wanted to do something he never stopped me, like if I said, I have a camp, it’s an overnight thing, I have to go stay, he’d be like ‘Okay fine, if you want me to come and take you I will come and take you’. So that courage was always there.”
